Is there a fee to participate in SPOS?Individual artists can participate for free and we’re committed to keeping it that way.
To help make this possible, organizations, groups, and collectives are asked to contribute a registration fee this year. Your support helps cover essential costs like printed materials, maps, outreach, and accessibility, and makes it possible for more artists to join without financial barriers.

What kind of events or exhibitions can I host?
It is up to each artist and / or organization to decide how they would like to participate in SPOS. This includes open studios, artist talks, live demonstrations, performances, and more.
How can visitors find my studio or event location?
Visitors can find your studio or event location through the SPOS website and maps that will be available during the event. Make sure your address and any access instructions are clear when registering.
What measures should I take for accessibility?
Please make sure to include all relevant accessibility information when you register. If you have any questions about accessibility please email us.
Why is there a registration fee this year for organizations, groups, and collectives?
The registration fee helps make SPOS more sustainable and accessible. This year, we’re introducing a fee structure for larger entities to help cover event production costs, so that individual artist registration can remain free. Your support helps keep the event inclusive and community-driven.
